Monday Morning Rewind #42

Church July 19, 2010 | Comments Off | by Dewaine

Because I was a victim of the Internet nightmare in North Charleston today I wasn’t able to post my Rewind post this morning.  So, here it is.

  • I could be a pastor anywhere.  Even getting paid to hold the position at a church, but I chose Life-Givers because that’s where God wants me.  And I love it every day.
  • This sending Bridgett off for a week to have fun is getting old.  She’s now gone to Youth Quest in Florida, and I’m jealous.  I want to be there, too.
  • Learning to lose gracefully is just as important as learning to win humbly.
  • It was good being able to lead the offering yesterday morning, and to introduce Robbie to give his testimony.
  • Speaking of Robbie, I was waiting on him to preach.  And I mean preach!
  • I found this dry erase board, and I want it.
  • I have a new-found respect for the men and women who work overtime every day/week.  I did it for two weeks straight.  It takes a lot of resolve to keep going.

Have a great day.
